These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at shreveportnext.com (the "Site"), including all content, features, and functionality offered on or through the Site. These Terms are entered into between you and Shreveport Next / BRF ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Who We Are

Shreveport Next is an economic development platform operated by BRF (Building Our Region's Future), a nonprofit organization headquartered in Shreveport, Louisiana. BRF is dedicated to growing and diversifying the economy of the Shreveport-Bossier region through business recruitment, entrepreneurial support, and community investment.

The Site provides informational resources about Shreveport's economic assets, available commercial properties, workforce data, incentives, and other community development information intended for site selectors, businesses, investors, and the public.

Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for the following purposes:

• Researching economic development opportunities in the Shreveport-Bossier region
• Exploring available properties, buildings, and sites
• Reviewing workforce, demographic, and community data
• Contacting our team to inquire about regional investment and business opportunities
• Sharing content from the Site for non-commercial, informational purposes with proper attribution

This license does not include any right to resell or commercially exploit the Site's content; collect or harvest data for commercial purposes; or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
• Infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property rights of any party

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for any user found in violation of these prohibitions.

The "Shreveport Next" name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of BRF. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Nothing on the Site grants any license to use any trademark or service mark without the express written permission of the owner.

Limited License for Personal Use

You may download, print, or share individual pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify the content and you retain all copyright and attribution notices. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

• DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shreveport Next, BRF, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Site in a manner not authorized by these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, and you hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice.

Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Site.
